The issue was only present for some instruments very briefly and most instruments/markets remained unaffected. Where the issue was present, the relevant market prices would have been removed from Apex and SpotVBBO VWAP calculations. Some stock have not opened or are in a pre-open state. Where stocks have opened, we are seeing stuck orders creating crossed books, removing Milan prices from PartnerEx VWAP executions.
