23rd Nov 2020 09:10 CET Resolved Xetra Market Data Issues - UPDATE 4 We have been informed by our market data supplier that they have identified the issue and have put in a fix. We are therefore not expecting any issues with the trading German instruments tomorrow (Tuesday 24/11/2020).

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

19th Oct 2020 10:05 CEST Resolved Trading in Euronext Instruments - Trading Resumed Euronext has opened at the revised open time of 12:45 CET and normal trading has resumed.

7th Sep 2020 12:20 CEST Resolved Intermittent Market Data Issues Owing to an issue at our Market Data Supplier, we have seen intermittent issues with market prices. The issue was only present for some instruments very briefly and most instruments/markets remained unaffected. Where the issue was present, the relevant market prices would have been removed from Apex and SpotVBBO VWAP calculations.

The issue appears to now be resolved, but we are monitoring the situation closely and will send an update if see any further issues.

1st Jul 2020 09:21 CEST Resolved Xetra Experiencing Technical Difficulties - RESOLVED Please be advised that Xetra have now opened fully and appear to have remained stable.

Where applicable, we performed a normal opening cross. Xetra prices are now included in Apex and SpotVBBO VWAP calculations and continuous trading is performing as normal. Order can now be safely routed to Equiduct. Date resolved: Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - 10:26
14th Apr 2020 10:33 CEST Resolved Xetra Experiencing Technical Difficulties - RESOLVED After monitoring the revised timeline from Xetra, trading of Xetra stocks has now resumed.

Xetra prices are included in Apex VBBO/VWAP calculations.

Trading in the Xetra market should now be considered normal.

2nd Mar 2020 08:24 CET Resolved Market Data Issue London Stock Exchange - No Impact on Trading The problems reported by the LSEG Group pertaining to possible issues with XLON and TRQX market data have had no impact on trading and XLON and TRQX have opened as expected this morning. XLON and TRQX prices are being included in VBBO and Apex VWAP calculations as normal.

25th Nov 2019 09:17 CET Resolved Borsa Italiana Issues Please be advised that, due to a problem at the Milan Stock Exchange, we are currently experiencing issues with Market Data for some Italian stocks.

Some stock have not opened or are in a pre-open state. Where stocks have opened, we are seeing stuck orders creating crossed books, removing Milan prices from PartnerEx VWAP executions.

We are in contact with the exchange/data supplier and will update you as soon as there is an update.
