In line with Executive Order 13959, which prohibits any transaction in securities or derived securities from the designated Communist Chinese military companies by any United States person, Equiduct would like to advise members to take all necessary steps to comply with the Executive Order, which comes into effect at start of trading Monday 11 January 2021.
