Equiduct have an ongoing project that will mean IP/name change for access to our public internet SFTP service.
Current SFTP client access performed over public internet will remain available over our existing (legacy) IP/FQDN until End of Day 30th September 2025.
The new IP/FQDN will be available as of 23rd June 2025.
Clients accessing the public internet SFTP service are encouraged to connect to confirm access as soon as realistic via the new setup.
legacy access is currently:
FQDN – ftp.equiduct.com or IP 149.7.45.101
new access will be:
FQDN – sftp.equiduct.com or IP 193.104.35.101
This approach we feel, gives clients plenty of time to adopt/apply any updates or software patching to in-house systems prior to our legacy service de-commission date.
Clients who connect using their private line cross-connects with the exchange are unaffected by this notice.
