Please be advised Equiduct will perform maintenance on Friday 28 February 2025 from 20:00 to 21:00 CET on the client facing network infrastructure.
As a result, client cross-connects (Primary & Secondary) will be affected during the time window above, although at alternate times to limit any connectivity impact.
We will update secondary hardware first, when those connections & routing are then restored, then the primary upgrade will begin – this will limit client impact as only 1 connection will be down at any one time.
(Exceptions to the above will be clients with a single cross-connect to us), internet services and access will not be interrupted & will remain up.
