Further to our previous communication regarding the changes to the Equiduct Market Data Framework applicable from 23 August 2026, we would like to inform you that Equiduct has now published the following additional Market Data documentation:
- Equiduct Market Data Policy Annex I, providing the regulatory disclosures required under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1156, including information on fees and Units of Count, Client Categories, fee-setting principles and cost accounting methodology; and
- Equiduct Market Data Policy, providing further guidance on the application of the Equiduct Product Licence Agreement (EPLA) and associated Schedules, including Client Categories, Authorised Uses, Units of Count, licensing and reporting principles, commercial programmes and other Market Data policies.
These documents form part of the Market Data documentation supporting the revised framework and should be read together with the EPLA General Terms and Conditions and associated Schedules previously published.

The revised Market Data Framework, including the Market Data Policy and associated documentation, will apply from 23 August 2026, as previously notified.
