Market Notice 110/25: EPLA & Fee Schedule 2026

From 1 January 2026, Equiduct will introduce updates to its Market Data Pricing and the Equiduct Product Licence Agreement (EPLA).

Key highlights:

  • Retail first: Display fees for non-professional users are removed entirely to broaden access.
  • Extended coverage: In May 2025, Equiduct extended its trading universe to include Switzerland Balanced pricing. Due to Equiduct’s unique Apex model, we license data from most major European venues. Our fee changes for 2026 remain well below the significant cost increases we have incurred since the start of 2025 from these venues for our particular type of use, which well exceed inflation. As a result, the price increases over our products amount to 13.50% versus 2025.
  • Simpler licensing: Updated definitions and fewer categories, intended to make reporting and administration easier for clients.
  • Regulatory alignment: Equiduct has consistently complied with the RCB framework and is already adapting to the enhanced requirements coming into effect in 2026.

The updated schedules will apply from 1 January 2026.
