Further to Market Notice 85/26: Update to Equiduct US Trading Launch Timeline, members and participants are advised that Cboe Clear have now received regulatory approval and the revised launch date is scheduled as Tuesday 8th September 2026. 

Revised Timeline: 

27 July:                               UAT/Test availability remains in place for client testing

31 August:                          Production available for Liquidity Provision stabilisation

2 September:                      Production available for broker connectivity and pilot trades

8 September:                      Official Production Launch
