| 11th oct 2022 12:58 CEST | Resolved | Euronext Market Data Issues | Please be advised that we are currently experiencing an issue relating to Euronext Market Data which is affecting the LOP service and preventing LOP trades from being generated for resting Apex orders. All other trading mechanisms are unaffected and all other markets are trading normally. We are still investigating the issue and will provide an update in 30 minutes. Update - There is currently no resolution to this issue and we are continuing to investigate. We will provide another update in 1 hour. Update - Please be advised that our market data vendor has communicated that they have a solution for this issue but are unable to resolve intraday. A fix will be applied at end of day and normal LOP service will be resumed tomorrow. All other trading is unaffected. |

| 7th sep 2020 12:20 CEST | Resolved | Intermittent Market Data Issues | Owing to an issue at our Market Data Supplier, we have seen intermittent issues with market prices. The issue was only present for some instruments very briefly and most instruments/markets remained unaffected. Where the issue was present, the relevant market prices would have been removed from Apex and SpotVBBO VWAP calculations.
