Regulatory authorities

Operated by the regulated market Börse Berlin, Equiduct is supervised for fair and orderly trading by the following official institutions:

  • The Market Surveillance (Hüst)  supervises trading and price fixing. It is the first point of contact  if investors suspect irregularities in their executions.

  • The Exchange Supervisory Authority investigates malpractice and violations of the Stock Exchange Regulations.

  • The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) monitors potential insider dealing, market manipulation and any other potential irregularities, thus ensuring operational capability of the German securities and derivatives market.
