Artur was appointed as Börse Berlin´s CEO in April 2007. Prior to joining Börse Berlin, he held leading positions with several European top tier banks. From 1986 until 1991, he was a Director at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange where he was a.o. responsible for the conceptual and technical realisation of one of Europe´s best known stock indices, the DAX (Deutscher Aktienidex). His marketing and sales strategies resulted in the universal acceptance of the DAX as Germany´s most prominent stock market indicator. After three years as a board member of an English subsidiary of Hypo Bank, Artur joined Bankgesellschaft Berlin. There he became Corporate Division Manager and COO of the London branch. Since 2000 Artur has worked as a management consultant and has successfully advised numerous national and international clients in the stock exchange and capital markets sectors.

Andreas Weihmüller

Andreas has specialised in stock corporation law for about 10 years. 

Prior to joining Börse Berlin, Andreas worked for an acknowledged accountancy firm and tax consulting company with emphasis on audit and tax consulting including preparing IPOs.  Since joining Börse Berlin in 2004, Andreas has been responsible for legal advice relating to, amongst many others, regulation of capital markets, the banking act and MiFID as well as providing advice on public relations to supervisory authorities.

Andreas will continue his successful work in these areas at Börse Berlin.

Friederike von Hofe
In House Lawyer/Head of Listing

Friederike has worked in the exchange business for 8 years. During this time she has been in charge of the trading of international securities and membership admission as well as the regulatory foundation for trading. She also participates in legislative procedures concerning capital markets law. At Börse Berlin Friederike is concerned with all legal aspects of exchange trading.

Before joining Börse Berlin, Friederike worked for one of the largest credit insurance companies. In 2001, she was admitted to the Bar.
