In July 2009, Citadel Securities made a significant equity investment in Equiduct, the electronic trading platform providing execution services to a wide range of retail brokers and other order flow providers.
In June 2010, Knight Capital Group Inc. made a strategic investment in Equiduct to help level the playing field for retail investors in Europe.
